Elizabeth Township Sportsmen Association
About Us
Elizabeth Township Sportsman Association (ETSA) is a wonderful organization founded and established by a small group of sportsmen in 1972 with a small clubhouse and range on Happy Hollow near Blaine Hill.
In 1982 ETSA bought the property located at 1501 Nichols Hill Road and began to build a larger clubhouse and ranges. Since then we have grown and built a large meeting hall and developed our ranges. You can now shoot pistol, rifle, shotgun and archery.
In 2010 the trap field was completed and dedicated to Fred Prailey hence the name "Fred Prailey Memorial Trap Field".
ETSA is run by a Board of Directors and currently has approx. 500 members
ETSA has started developing educational and training programs. We have an NRA Certified Training Counselor (Instructor Trainer) on staff and many of our Range Officers are Certified NRA Instructors and Certified NRA Range Safety Officers. We now offer various Firearm and Safety classes and are planning to develop programs geared for women as well. We are involved with the community a well; especially with the youth organizations (Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts, & Elizabeth Forward School District) as well as the Police K-9 fundraising.
If you are interested in becoming a member, we encourage you to go to the "membership" page to print a membership application . If you are interested in any of our training programs or wish to become an NRA instructor you can contact any officer either at our general meeting, which is the 3rd Wednesday of the month or via the contact page.
